Useful reasons to write

Corrections are the most useful message we get. If a hotel has closed, renamed itself, changed ownership or stopped offering something an entry mentions, tell us what changed and, where possible, where the change is published.

Hotels may also write to correct facts about their own property. We are glad to fix errors; we do not sell placement, and a request to be listed is read the same way as any other suggestion.

What we cannot help with

We do not hold reservations, room availability or prices, and we cannot change, cancel or confirm a booking. Questions of that kind belong with the hotel itself or with whoever took your booking.
